What is BookCollie?
BookCollie is rental software for boat, jet ski, kayak, trailer and RV rental businesses. It gives you an online booking website, a fleet calendar with double-booking protection, seasonal pricing, online payments and deposits, rental contracts with e-signatures, waivers for every passenger, and the day-to-day tools to run pickups, deliveries and returns.

What kinds of rentals does it work for?
Pontoons, fishing and ski boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards, travel trailers, toy haulers and campers, motorhomes and campervans, and utility, cargo and car hauler trailers. Hourly or nightly, delivered or picked up, it fits how you work.

Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly price and keep 100% of your bookings. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard processing rates.

Can I use it with Outdoorsy and RVshare?
Yes. Keep your marketplace listings and sync their calendars both ways, so a unit booked on Outdoorsy or RVshare is blocked on your own booking site and the other way round.

How long does setup take?
